Restoration

If your existing floor has seen it's better days our floor sanding experts may bring back the shiny appearance by sanding and re-finishing. This process begins with assessing the damages and proceeding with repairs as necessary before the floor is sanded. Our state of the sanding equipment ensures minimum dusting we also work with 99% dust free sanding machines. The floor is sanded until all the original finish is gone, wood filler is applied and floor is buffed until smooth. At this point the stain is applied or the natural wood colour is retained. Finally, the floor is finished with coats of polyurethane or water base finish in choices of satin, semi-gloss or high-gloss!
